Try manually assigning your computer to an IP address in the same subnet as the Comtrend.
For Example: Set the computers IP to 192.168.1.5 with a Subnet Mask of 255.255.255.0 and default Gateway of 192.168.1.1.
If that does not allow you to access the admin page at 192.168.1.1 then try resetting the router.

Reboot the router so that it can get a new dhcp lease.
If you can't login to the router to reboot it, just unplug the power for about a minute, then plug it back in.
If that doesn't work you will need to be able to login to the router to fix it. Depending on your internet supplier, you may have to set the router to login to the router.
