Well there should be an LED blinking if there was a power failure. Since you have nothing of that sort then its most likely to be the Main A/V board. So here's the plan. One of our experts has written a comprehensive troubleshooting guide. So instead of writing the wholething again I a linking you to it
Try the mainboard diagnostics and let me know your observations

Nothing. The way to go would be to contact Sanyo directly for the part as the board with the tuner n7EEE is nowhere to be found. Or atleast you can verify if any other alternate part is compatible with this tv.

TV won't come on at all. Getting power to where it plugs into the computer board. Beyond that I don't know how to test. Can you tell what to check next?

If your LCD TV or monitor has stopped working, or is displaying one of the following symptoms, then it's a candidate for some new capacitors
- Flickering screen
- Screen image disappears after several seconds
- Dim screen
- Slow start
- Power LED on, but no picture
- Unusual colors and/or lines
The primary cause of LCD TV and monitor failure is caused by faulty capacitors. You can examine the capacitors in your LCD TV or monitor and actually see if they are bad.
If they appear bulged on top, then they need to be replaced.
New capacitors will solve a host of problems in LCD monitors and TV's and will extend the life of your monitor or TV by several years.
Check the cables, connectors and connections.
Take it to a repair shop.

Sharp LED TV 3 years old stays dark on left side of screen for about 10 minutes after it is turned on. What could be causing this?

It seems to be capacitor{s}. Check the sharp website to see if there is any recall or special warranty on this unit.

Sanyo dp46840 lcd tv,, Tv power led will turn on but no pic or sound,, i checked main fuse and cap's on psu, is there a problem with this model#?

Your main TV processor is locked up, unplug from wall for 40Min, and it will rest back to normal.
If that don't work, then you have power supply problems.

My flat screen sanyo tv screen wont turn on. the green power light is on but not the screen. any solutions?

Try disconnecting the connector KBL on the main board as shown in my picture #DSCF0585 to see if the backlights will come on, if it does, the main board is bad.
Also check the voltages on the output connectors of the power supply.
