CHANGE THE CAPACITORS ON THE POWER SUPPLY (TO SAME VALUES) AND REMOVE THE JUMPER (CATODE OF THE BRIDGE TO THE CAPACITOR DOUBLE VOLTAGE)

A lot of time during storms the control boards in appliances get messed up. Try unplugging it and plugging it back in after about 20 seconds. A lot of times that will reset the controls.....if they did not get fried.
