2011 seadoo boat 150 speedster surging up and down on full throutle but idles fine in neutral and changed the plugs and new gas and tps sensor and still no differnce

Check for air leaks on the manifold, or fuel air locks, fuel starvation. Tank vent, kinked pipes, that sort of thing.

There is further help in the link.

This is caused by minor cavitation. It is not an actual issue. What is happening is that your impeller is moving fast enough that it's drawing out the available supply of water since the boat is moving slowly and there isn't enough pressure on the bottom of the boat the keep the jet pump fed with the amount of water you're expelling out the nozzle. Water is fed into the tunnel in the transom by the pressure caused by forward motion at speed.

Every jet boat will probably do it at a certain RPM depending on many different factors even down to water temperature, fresh/salt water etc.

For the longevity of your wear ring and impeller...avoid that rpm.

P,w,c 96 seadoo bombardier won't start only fires every now and then

Yes, the water coming out of your exhaust is part of the cooling. It cools the exhaust pipe and the rubber hoses so they won't melt.

I just bought a 2001 seadoo challenger bombardier jet boat and I have to push the right engine start button about 20-30- times for the right engine to kick in and start

with water and electronics , the first place to check is all the wiring connections and ground points
next is rusted starter relays or corroded pins on the relay
lastly is to remove the starter and have it bench tested checking for armature continuity of all bars

2001 seadoo challenged 2000 won't start after running for a while on river. I take it to the dock and it will not start back up .. replaced the head temp sensors

check the condition of the coolant pump for failed vanes or blockages in the pickup pipes. Indicates that it is overheating from lack of cooling water.

I am looking at a cabin cruiser with the view to buying same. Have been told that it is a cut down version of a Challenger yacht (40) Is their such an animal? Don

It may be that the seller is referring to the Challenger 40 sailboat, which came with either a marconi or ketch sail rig. Compare the deck layout, photos at the bottom of page, and the specifications with the boat on:
http://www.sailboatlistings.com/cgi-bin/saildata/db.cgi?db=default&uid=default&view_records=1&ID=14024&mh=1
...then it is the same or similar, this may be the boat referred to by the seller. There are also go-fast power boats with the name Challenger, but not something that a re-make would produce a nice cabin cruiser from.
