Question about GE Refrigerators
If this is an older unit, take the rear panel off and check the condenser coils in the back on the back of the refrigerator, and check to see if the fan is running back there or if anything is block the fan from running, if nothing is blocking it and its not running this is a bad condenser fan, if it is running check to see how dirty the coils are, if they are really dirty take vacuum or brush and clean them should fix your problem.
