I bought a Acer Pc from QVC, a PC treasures software package was sent separately. I am trying to install teh software but it keeps asking for a Product key code whre can I find this?

I never received product from your company. QVC stated it was to be mailed to me from your company. Is this PC Treasures?

Are you installing the web cam software from the manufacturer's website? If so, did you choose the correct version that matches your operating system? (Windows 7 x86/x64 or Win8?)

Acer Process 4/12 eRecovery Management indicates that the recovery process never finished - you will have to run it all over again.
As for MS Office , it came as a one month trial in your laptop - if you had it for more than that then you bought it. In that case the activation key must still be in your possession, just insert it when asked.
In the absolute worst case (the reinstall never finishes, no matter what you try) you will have to get a separate recovery disk from

Silverlight is an separate program that can be downloaded at any time by you from

1. Uninstall ATI Catalyst ( add & remove programs)
2. restart and try play again.

note: if its working, install other catalyst version (common problem for ATI Catalyst)

First of all, sometimes qvc sells out of date cameras or specially made for qvc cameras. These are not normally listed on the manufacturer's web site. You didn't list your particular model so I can't look it up for you. As for downloading pictures, the best way to do it is to use a separate card reader and download to a folder you create on your desktop.

what type of cam do you have and if you bought that new display model or not you should have been given software

go into control pannel. go device manager. right click on the camera and uninstall (do not select delete driverS)

reboot the machine

install yawcam

if still having problems go to manufactureres website and search for new drivers for the camera.

You need to install teh software from disk before connecting the printer.

If you do not have the disk you must download the software from Internet, follow instructions below,

A web page will open, follow instructions, select model, select operative system etc., and click on download .
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
After downloading, find the file,double click on the file ,then if you get in troubles, follow the instructions below to reset and reinstall drivers:

• Unplug printer USB.
• Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) any installed printer from printer list.
• Download driver from website, or use the disk and run the install file.
  
• Follow driver installation wizard.
• Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.

Note:some printerdoes not work on Vista, if you do not find any driver download for Vista on your model page, that means your model is not Vista compatible.

it sounds like ur pc does not have enough memory to run the game or u have to much on ur pc try doing a clean up on ur pc bye removeing stuff u do not use any more Looking Forward to Helping U Shaun
