Bsically the rio had an orange language pack on it, that had all the internet settings on it.... ask 02 if they cn sewnd u the message settings, they wont support that fone so say that is a smsung s5230o and see if the settings come thru in the form of a text and then click options and save or input.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I have an orange rio 2 opened to networks and haven't got a clue how to input mms n gprs setting so i can go on internet

The Rio wasn't ever on the 02 network. Orange Commisioned it for their sole use.

All i can suggest is..
Go to the o2 website and search through the many mms and gprs settings they have for different handsets.

You MAY get lucky and stumble upon the correct settings that work on your Rio.

the settings are pretty much the same for all handsets but you may have to look at several to get to all those you require.

Do u no y i cant go on the internet on my phone anymore?had phone since christmas but bout 2 months ago the internet stopped working and iv never been able 2 send or recieve pics can u help? the phone is...

You have to setup a new internet profile.
when u done then mark this profile to use it.

Check the internet profile settings if it is O2 make a new one for Vodafone.

U can find the settings by manual on the internet web
site of Vodafone.com

I hope this will help you out!

Need to unblock a c905

The answer is that there used to be a connection before O2 and Vodafone started blacklisting handsets! Orange and T-Mobile have been blacklisting handsets for a long time (It is only recently that O2 and Vodafone also started blacklisting handsets).

NB Orange & T-Mobile always lock their handsets!(e.g. an Orange handset will only accept an Orange SIM and will not accept an O2, Voda or T-Mobile SIM)

So if you reported your Orange or T-Mobile handset missing to your network it became barred/blacklisted! BUT it was only barred on your home network. Therefore unlocking the barred handset would enable it to work on every network except the one it was originally locked too! Therefore the phone still had some commercial value, as it would function on at least 3 out of the 4 networks.

It wasn't long before Orange and T-Mobile began to combine their individual blacklist databases. Therefore a phone barred on Orange was also barred on T-Mobile and vice versa. Even at this point the barred handset could be unlocked and used but only on 2 out of a possible 4 networks (O2 & Vodafone).

The government eventually stepped in and forced O2 and Vodafone to update their systems and introduced the CEIR. Now that all the networks share a central blacklist database, even if a barred handset is unlocked it still remains useless on ALL UK networks!

Hope that helps.

Cant find puk code to unblock my phone

if you contact your service provider (O2, orange vodaphone etc...) they will issue you with a puk code.

You will need to write down your imei number from inside your phone, because they will ask you for it. Turn your phone off, remove the battery and you will be able to see the imei number.

I hope this helps

Miss cannon cant get internet

You need to set internet settings for Orange internet, this are different depending on country, if you are in UK, here are settings for uk.
The best thing to do could be calling orange support in your country, they will follow you step by step in setting up your phone.

Here is Orange numbers for uk
Pay monthly mobile customers
150 from your pay monthly phone or 07973 100 150 from any other phone
Pay as you go mobile customers
450 from your pay as you go phone or 07973 100 450 from any other phone.

For other countries go to Orange and search for contact.
