No need for an electrician. Routers are pretty easy to set up, the included instructions are really all you need. I recommend Netgear for beginners as I find their instructions the best, and they are decently priced at local stores. If you need any help in setting one up, or find the instructions confusing, feel free to comment back on this post, and I'll help you with everything.
