are you calling someone? or trying to text and that message appers? if so then you are having network problems. the best solution i can give you is to turn off your celphone, and turn it on again after 5 minutes. try to text or call and if the problem still exists. try to turn your celphone again, remove the battery and sim. (you need to refresh your sim card for network connection.) after a minute put them back to your phone and try if that would eliminate your prob.

your tone settings are not set correctly. what brand of celphone are you using? that way i can best help you on how to navigate if you dont know where to look.

check your tone settings (message tone, ringer tone) and disable the vibrating alert if you dont want that.

where did you buy your celphone? if your network is GLOBE telecom but your celphone is not "open line" (meaning it is locked just for one network) you really cannot use that to call nor text using your current network provider. since you are in the philippines, its so easy to ask anywhere there (celphone technicians) if your celphone is open line or not, and if its not, then just ask them to fix it. believe me, they can do that easily as 1-2-3.

i think you have a network problem.
you can turn off your phone and turn it on again after 5 minutes then try texting again. if the problem still exists, turn off your phone again and remove the battery and sim card. insert your sim card into another celphone and try to text there. if you have successfully sent the message, you can insert back the sim into your razr phone.

I have 2 theories:
it's either you got the wrong number saved on your phone of your "certain" friends or people that cannot receive your text messages or
the people you are texting and say that they don't receive your messages lie to you or

2 solutions:
1.check if the numbers saved on your phone is correct.

2.try to meet one of those certain people you said that cannot receive your message. when you are with any one of them, borrow their celphone and then send your text message, see if your message is received or not.

try go to its settings then phone settings and look for its restore default and restore it.
