Your model number didn't come up,you have to get it off of the machine,if it's a top mount freezer on top it sounds like the drain is blocked in the can look for a tech sheet usually attached to the bottom kick plate, pop off the kick plate and the tech sheet should be tucked in the kick plate,it will tell you how to put the machine into defrost,if not unplug the machine, take everythiing out of the freezer, remove the back inside panel of the freezer and with a hair dryer melt out all the ice, you'll see the evap coil on the back wall, under it there will be a drain hole that is blocked,i use a steamer to clear out the line, this is the best way to clear the line,if you don't have a steamer you can try a turkey baster or anything that will blow through the line to clear it,melt out any ice around the hole and then stick a screw driver in the hole and heat the blade with the hair dryer and the blade will melt the ice,the lines are made of plastic so don't heat the blade with anything but the heat of the hair dryer, then try the turkey baster to blow through the line, when you think it's clear pour hot water down the hole,if it drains then you cleared it,if it doesn't keep hitting it with the hair dryer, you can open the fridge door and in the middle of the cieling and against the back wall you can heat that up with the hair dryer, the drain water travels through there to the bottom of the fridge, keep hitting it until the water drains through the line,it might be a good idea to buy a steamer, it's around 50 can use it for alot of other things,i use it to clean my harley and the crome and tires of my car, just stick it in the drain hole, hit it with a few blasts and it will clear the line, you can buy a heater for the drain or make one with the ground wire from a piece of house wire or a cable wire, strip off the casing until you get to the copper part of the wire, cut like a 6 inch piece, stick it into the hole and rap the other end around the heater, when the heater comes on to melt off the ice off of the coil the copper wire will heat up stopping the water from freezing in the drain so it won't block up again.let me knoow hoow you make out, good luck.

There is water collecting continuously at the bottom of my fridge under the crispers. Do you know how I can fix?

Most frost free refrigerators take water from the freezer so you do not have to defrost the freezer. That being said there should be a drain under the crisper. Check to see if it is clogged.
you may need to put something under the refrigerator to collect the water..

Water on the bottom shelf of the Refridgerator

Has the refrigerator got a wet inner back?
Ff this is wet, adjust it until this solid ice 'blobs', bt not encrusted, like in a freezer
The refrigerator may not be cool enough and the natural warm moisture allowed into the cool compartment when the door is open is condensing into fluid before it is cooling sufficiently to suspend the moisture as a vapour. If the cool compartment is cool enough, any warm air admitted ill be chilled before it is allowed to condense, keeping the refridgerator dry.
However, the only drawback is that you will have to monitor it to prevent the build up of excesive ice.
Also, whether the refridgerator is either empty of full willaffe the day to day operation.
Hope this helps.

open the freezer compartment loo for ice build up on floor of frezer especally towards rear behind back panel. sounds like you have a clogged/frozen defrost drain tube. removing back panel of freezer will give you acess to drain trough, melt away the ice with a hair dryer, youll find a drain hole under there somwhere, pouring boiling water down the drain will clear it pretty quickly( i use a steam machine purchased from the infomercials)
