First remove the cover switch of the computer and check the cable from the monitor to the computer is connected properly then check wethe the smps is working then check wether the processor fan is working if working remove the meomery card and clean with a clean cloth and also remove the processor heat sink and clean both surface of the heatsink and the processor and lay a thin layer of heat sink solvet and replace the processor fan firmly to the processor and switch on the computer
