Cannot move or unlock my ipod!

You just need to reset it, hold down the middle button and the "Menu" button for about 7-10 seconds, or until you see the Apple logo.

My ipod is frozen

while the iPod is plugged in, toggle the hold switch on and off (slide it to hold, then slide it back again), then press and hold the "menu" button and the center button until you see the apple logo on the screen, if this doesn't fix it...  try a different USB port (use one on the computer itself, not your keyboard or hub), if this doesn't work... restart your computer and make sure you have the latest updates for your computer, if this doesn't work... call apple at this link:

How do you delete songs from your Apple iPod 4 GB Silver?

You can set your iTunes to "manually manage music and video", then plug in your iPod to iTunes, and delete the songs from your iPod with iTunes.
Or you may try this ipod tool, it can help you delete iPod music easily, Much better than iTunes

Basically, move the hold button on the top of the ipod to the on position and then the off position. Next hold the menu button and the center button at the same time for about 10 seconds. The ipod should restart, you should see the apple logo and then it's fixed!
The link is just more detailed instructions.

Ipod nano and ipod video 5th generation

First off, simply press the center and menu buttons at the same time to reset the iPod video. That is the common way to fix a frozen iPod.

In regards to the Nano, sounds like the scroll wheel is defective. We would recommend replacing the scroll wheel if a reset does not do the trick.
