If the computer is under warranty then contact the dealer -manufacturer first-
If not you can use another computer to download a program called sea-tools - burn this to a cd disc - start your computer then go into set-up-usually by holding delete button or some times f2 change your start up boot sequence so your c/d -dvd rom boots first --insert the cd into your cd drive then restart the computer --once the computer boots from the cd follow the prompts from the sea tools program it will run a couple of checks and give you a hard drive report it will also attempt to repair your drive it it can .
