Possible error in the processor on the main board within the camera. remove the battery, memory card and tap to see if there is any dirt or sand within the camera. Now reset the battery and switch on as you tap the camera with the lens hood on your palm. if this wont reset the camera needs to be opened up to check within for failure of circuit or a possible mechanical jamming of the lens drive.

My camera ( finepix jz100) wont open and screen says turn off and on again when camera is turned on

It looks like the lens is stuck or jammed. Is the lens damaged in some way? Make sure the lens retracts fully when the camera is turned off. If not the lens is probably defective.

Samsung L730 wont extend lens and dosent turn on right

Met the same problem. I disassembled camera and found a lot of sand in lens transmission. I couldn't move lens even by hand. It was strongly jammed. I had to disassemble lens block completely to remove all sand. Now camera fully functional.

Put camera on screen come on lens came out thwn power went off now power light wont stay on long enough lens wont go back in

maybe this works: turn your camera on in play mode (if you have play button press it to turn on camera) and if your camera hase a shoot-play switch select play mode and then turn your camera on.) repeat this until lens goes back. I hope this works...

0013 indicates that your camera has a hardware (related to Lens) defect. When dirt gets into the lens mechanism the lens wont retract properly.. You wont believe what i have suggested for a similar problem and it worked! Its a similar lens stuck error..
