Question about Computers & Internet
i would check for windows updates to see if they offer up an audio update they do sometimes
Do you have a audio icon in ur bottom right taskbar & does it have a re cross through it ???
if so click or double click on it and try to enable it
you could go to control panel check that your audio is not muted
device manager and see if there is a yellow question mark beside audio
i dont know what make or model your laptop is so i cant tell you exactly where to go to get your audio driver so i will try to explain
if your laptop is a hp then go to
go to support/downlaods find your make model and operating system
then scroll down to find your audio driver
if your make is not a hp just change the hp for the make of your laptop
if all else fails you could get audio from this link
www.realtek.com go up to downloads and choose the audio that you would like
then restart laptop
