Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry, I do not have the fault decodes for your particular machine so I am guessing at one of the common causes! I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Here are my guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)
-------------------------------------

If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play!

REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!

Hope the filter is the problem and good luck!

Hi my bush WM-1460TVE has been stuck on the same cycle 3.00 minutes for the past half hour it just goes round and round and is full of water still? Help?

Problem with the program controller unit. Remove the plug and power for some time and try again. If this wont work it is possible that unit has failed.

I have a bush washing machine wm-1460tve it keeps displaying error 5 what is this

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry I do not have the decodes for your model. No promises but try this- it's worth doing regularly anyway!
I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor/pump lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to rinse or spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Here are my complete and generic guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!). These panels are either held on by (plasic) screws or will just pull off. Most filters are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play.

REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT (alternatively use a wet vac as sensibly suggested by VinnyB1234!)
Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning.

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Can you please tell me what error code 2 means on a Bush wm 1460tve washing machine. Many thanks Jim

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
If water is going in OK and there is some sort of action from the washer this is only a possible solution!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry but I do not know your particular machine BUT I would suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters. The motor is unable to drain all of the water in the allotted time.

My washing machine is flashing err2 and is not spinning. I have lots of clothes locked in a machine full of water! Help! wm-1460tve bush washing machine

sounds like either the pump is blocked or broken.
bring machine forward so that you can tilt it back so as to be able to undo filter cover.
Be aware, lots (and i mean lots) of water will exit so a) have a big bowl and b) only undo filter cover a little so can retighten quickly.
Repeat until all water gone, remove cover completely and clean pump and filter area.
Refit cover, put machine back on floor, put on spin cycle and if it was a blockage, machine should empty. If not, new pump time I'm afraid

I BROUGHT A BUSH WASHING MACHINE WM-1470TVE HAD IT 2 DAYS AND KEEPS COMING UP WITH Err5

Hi.

Err 5 is water inlet problem.

Move the appliance, ensure that the water hose is not kinked or blocked, and check filter in water hose if installed.

Check connected faucet and water pressure.

If the inlet hose and pressure is OK, then the inlet valve and water level switch must be tested as one of the two parts is likely giving the error.

Regards.
