Question about RIM BlackBerry Storm 9530 Smartphone
There might be a problem with:
1. Your charger
2. Your phone
3. Your charge port
4. Your adapter(if using one)
This can be a big problem and of you take it into the store where you got it, they should help you with all of your problems, of it's #2 or 3 they should replace your phone(granted it's under warranty/just purchased) otherwise you may have to replace the part or buy a new phone completely
