Question about Washing Machines
Hello, first check the door interlock make sure theres good contact if ok ,then check the belt at the back of the washer it might have come off or snaped. is there a humming sound coming from the machine if so it could be the brushes on the motor. 2 the plastic block sit either side of the motor these are made of carbon and wear down can cause the motor to stop working. if this ok with the power check the cables inside the washer that connect to the circuit boards make sure the good connections hope it helps
