Do a reset or use google account reset feature and in the hard rest, go for clear user data, that is where the pattern is incase it is what you use, else do the first thoughts
it is probably the wrong user name and password. or your internet connection. sometimes even the facebook site is down. you can try using a different browser and see what happens. hope this helps.
Turn on the laptop and keep pressing the F8 key till you geta black and white menu. Choose to run in Safe Mode (use the arrow keys tohighlight it and hit enter) and when it gets to the login, choose theadministrator account (may be password protected also, but usually is not) andgo to Control Panel, then click User Accounts. Click the account your trying tolog into and click the "Remove Password". Reboot the pc and now youcan log into that account.
Okay, I need you to restart your computer and when BIOS is running hit F8 an enter safe mode. The administrator does not have a password for safe mode and them reset your password.
