Question about HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer
First try unplugging the printer. Sometimes (very rarely) USB devices can cause the system to act abnormally. When booting up, keep pressing the F8 key to enter safe mode. If it lets you enter safe mode, try using a restore point from before when you set up the printer.
If you can't get into safe mode, you can still reset the computer to factory settings from a recovery partition (comes with most Windows 7 models) or recovery discs.
If you have important data, you can still recover it by either pulling out the hard drive and putting it in an external cage to copy to another computer, or by using a live Linux disc to boot your computer and copy the data to a flash drive, DVDs, hard drive, etc.
To boot from the recovery partition varies by model, but is often Alt+F10 when booting and follow the instructions.
