Same as above. The "flash memory" is the device itself and can't be replaced without purchase of new item. Any other ideas?

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

MP3 is dead. Is there some trick to reboot?

Press and hold the power button (menu) in your e140 for about 30+ seconds. Now try powering on your Sansa.
If it doesn't work, press and hold select (center button) alongside pressing and holding power button. Probably this should work for you.

Don't know how to delete files

1. Open the file browser on your computer and navigate through the folders to the drive assigned to your Sansa MP3 Player. 2. Select the music files that you would like to delete by clicking once on the file, if you want to delete more than one file hold your control(ctrl) key down as you click each file. When you have clicked on all the files you want deleted release holding down the control key. Then push the delete key. The files will be deleted. You also can use Rhapsody and other software to save or delete files directly to your player.

Sansa e130 cant open

On not being able to detect any files when viewing Sansa in windows: try changing the format mode on the Sansa device - on mine I go to Settings and then USB and then changed it to MSC. I was then able to see the files in Windows and delete a bunch of them and then resynch in Windows Media Player.

No enough memory

It simply is saying you put to many songs on the mp3 player and you need to delete some by connecting it to the computer and delete them, one way to stop this it to upgrade and get a bigger memory stick.
