You can try to polish out the scratches with car cutting polish compound, BUT be careful you do not apply too much pressure on the glass otherwise you will crack the screen and it will be expensive to replace.
It may be better to put up with the scratched screen.

How to get pen off fake leather

Fake leather AKA Bonded leather markings is a fixable problem. First assumption is that the pen markations did not etch or scratch the leather. Leather color spray is available from the Mohawk Co http://www.mohawk-finishing.com/ for a variety of common leather colors. The goal is to mask the ink in this case. Should the leather be etched or scratched, there are flexible filling adhesives that fill marks in leathers and are heat cured. Following the fixing of a scratch the mark is then colored to match the furniture piece.

How to fix a dead pixel

pressure method. 1. Start by turning off your monitor. 2. Find a pen that has a rounded, dull end and get a slightly damp cloth to protect your screen. 3. Fold your cloth in two so that you do not puncture it accidentally. You don???t want to scratch your precious screen, do you? 4. Put the cloth in front of the stuck pixel and start applying slight pressure on it with your pen. Do not put pressure anywhere else than on the defective pixel, or you may break additional ones. 5. Continue applying pressure, and turn your monitor on. 6. Remove the pen from the screen, and voil? ! The stuck pixel should be gone.

Pen exploded in dryer, blue ink all over inside of dryer, how do we remove?

The best way is to use paper towels and alcohol or hair spray. DON'T scratch the metal with an abrasive or you will damage the painted surface.

Pen won't write though plenty of ink

There are a couple reasons a pen refill won't start writing right away. The first thing to check is the tip--often there is a bit of glue or plastic over it in order to prevent leaking.
If that doesn't work, then try one (or both) of the following two methods:
1) Place the refill (but not the tip) in some warm water. Heat will allow the liquid in the gel pen to become thinner and flow more naturally.
2) Hook a rubber band around the middle of the pen, using tape to ensure safety, and wind the pen while holding the rubber band on either side of the pen. Make sure the cap is on the pen. When the rubber band is tight, when you pull straight out on the rubber band from both sides of the pen, it should spin very quickly. The centripetal force will cause the liquid in the pen (at least half of it) to move toward the tip.
Make sure you fasten the rubber band to the pen with tape or something similar; otherwise the pen may go flying off at someone nearby. Also, again, make sure the cap is on to prevent any ink spraying out--this is unlikely in a gel pen, but it could happen.

Scratched computor screen

How deep of a scratch is it on the screen? Just on the plastic/glass protective coating over the monitor?
If it is not in the LCD then you could just remove the plastic/glass and replace it if you want.
If the scratch is deep then your LCD is probably scratched. Sadly the cost of replacing the LCD screen within an LCD monitor is more expensive than buying an entirely new screen. Your best bet is either dealing with the scratch or getting an entirely new monitor. I would recommend visiting www.newegg.com where there are many cheap monitors there.

Error code: 0xc18a0001

Hello,

This error code indicates that you have an 'Ink system failure'. The problem is caused by air the ink feed tubes. If you either use all of the ink down to 0% or you use poorly refilled ink cartridges it can cause the printer to **** air into the feed tubes instead of ink. We have a step by step guide to purge the feed tubes of air on our site at: http://www.ccl-la.com/blog/index.php/category/printer-repair/ There are 2 different versions of the procedure find the one for your type printer and follow the guide and within about 10 minutes you will be printing again.

I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.

Dead pixel anything i can do about it my tv is 2006

  1. Start by turning off your monitor.
  2. Find a pen that has a rounded, dull end and get a slightly damp cloth to protect your screen.
  3. Fold your cloth in two so that you do not puncture it accidentally. You don’t want to scratch your screen, do you?
  4. Put the cloth in front of the stuck pixel and start applying slight pressure on it with your pen. Do not put pressure anywhere else than on the defective pixel, or you may break additional ones.
  5. Continue applying pressure, and turn your monitor on.
  6. Remove the pen from the screen, and voilà! The stuck pixel should be gone.
  7. Be very careful doing this. The monitor is very fragile and too much pressure may cause more dead pixels. You can also just try it with your finger while the screen is on... just massage the area. NOT TOO MUCH PRESSURE! also try tapping that spot... if you see a little white color while you tap that is plenty of pressure. Let me know if that helps it. (This is only for LCD)

Have an issue with gateway m285 stylus. The tip came out and the comp stopped responding to the pen. Is there a way to repair it or do I need a new one?

No I would not repair it. The tip of most stylus are made of a conductive material that will not scratch the screen. But good luck you can get a new one from pretty much anywhere. I myself got one from Walmart that was a Stylus and a pen. Just be careful because you don't want ink on your screen LOL
Hope this helps
