If you need a tube replacement, your best bet is to get a used one from ebay. You need to verify the numbers on the side of the tube. Note: this is a very hazardous part to be handling. If you do not have an electronics background I strongly suggest you not attempt to replace, then re-align the tv.

The CP150, CP120 and CP114 capacitors are most likely getting weak. Very common with the ITC222 chassis in both RCA and GE models.

The deflection board needs replacement. The chirping is indicating the deflection circuit has an issue. You can get a replacement deflection board from www.tvrepairworld.com which includes instructions on how to remove and replace the board.

The ITC222 chassis actually has two different boards that are related to the power supply.
(1) Main power filter board #MIS222E0000.00
(2) Power supply #PP222E0000.37

The first board is a small board where the power cord enters. The second board is the large board that the small board plugs into.
