Question about Toys
There is a little box inside the seat that contains a motor and the ********. Sometimes the bushing can ware and the ******** will not spin completely properly and will create the whistling you hear. Also the gears in that little motor could be misaligned a bit. For such a small unit there is a fair amount of torque put on them little boxes to make it spin fast enough for babies to feel it through the seat itself. What you are hearing is the motor trying to spin the ******** and the ******** is somehow hanging up a bit but the motor wants to keep going. How new is this? If under warranty I would address Fisher Price or if new enough perhaps return it to the store. http://www.fisher-price.com/us/default.aspx
