Look on the bottom of the unit for the Product code number. Then use that number and check here:
http://www.sunbeam.com.au/Pages/Support/ManualSearch.aspx I tried 870 and it did not work. If I remember correctly this is a 1950's era grill. (just may not be a manual out there)

A search of E-bay did not reveal a manual but it did show the Grill for $9.95.
http://www.hammerwall.com is usually the other source for kitchen appliance manuals and it was not listed there either.

I contacted Sunbeam at (866) 588-1081. They are supposed to send a replacement timer knob in two weeks at no charge.
