How do i replace rear wheel bearings on a schwinn meridian trike?

Your trike probably has cartridge bearings. If so they are a press fit, and need to be pushed out, and then replaced with a bearing that is exactly the same size (type will be printed on the bearing face). It's important to push the new bearing in carefully.

Can Boom Mustang Trike be towed with a front wheel carrier

As long as it's a manual transmission and you put it in neutral. I can't see any reason it wouldn't work.
Not sure about the automatic transmission though. I would ask the company.

How to change rear wheel bearings on a 2005 jeep liberty

Today's wheel bearings may be sealed within the wheel hubs on your vehicle. You will have to replace hubs which have wheel bearings inside, if this is the case.

If bearings are sold seperately, it may be possible to install in the hubs.

DO YOU HAVE DO REPACK WHEEL BEARING ON A 2005 ESCAPE AFTER 120,000 MILES

If you're talking about the front wheel bearings, they can't be serviced. They can only be replaced. They are sealed for life (even if the life seems to be a little short).
Here's the front bearing:

I never replaced the rear bearings on my 2002 Escape 4X4, but here's a picture of the rear hub.
