Question about Hanako Games Fatal Hearts

1 Answer

Okay so I bought Fatal Hearts last year. Well I was about to show it to my friend. The game I had saved it on a flash drive. When I tried to set it up. An error message popped up which hadn't before. The last time I had it on my computer. The message said (move failed code 5 access is denied) ........... But it gave me the option to Abort/Retry/ or ignore. For it to keep going with the setup of the game. So I chose ignore, several times during the set up. Yet when it came to launching the game this message pop up.......( Create Process failed; code 5 ***** is denied) So tell me how can I fix this problem? We contacted the maker of the game. Who told us to uninstall the files saved on the flash and to try the Demo. thank you. We tried the demo which was able to run smoothly. So after that they sent us the full version files. For us to re-download them to play them this time. But when it came to setting up the full version. We weren't able to get the setup started. This pop up message keeps appearing. (The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program) But no matter which game I download from the links you gave me this message keeps appearing. So what could it be this time? Also they suggested that it may be my computer or internet which is running normally. So could it be my anti spyware??? or will I have to buy a new version of the full game? please help

I recently bought a Kingdom Hearts 2 game and tryed to play it on my PS2 but everytime I put it in a disk drive it does this weird noise and then in a couple of minutes says that it cant read the disk. But...

What is probably happening is that the disk is either too scratched or too dirty to be read by the PS2's optical drive. Try cleaning the disk with a disc cleaning kit or by simply rubbing in with a microfiber cloth or 100% cotton shirt. If that fails to make it clean enough to be read, then you will have to get another, cleaner copy of Kingdom Hearts 2.

Possibly the disk, you need to clean it with disk cleaner.
If the trouble still persist, it's the lens problem.

Open the case, then the mechanical case, after you see the lens, use a soft cotton buds, then put it in alcohol, then rub the lens firmly.
After that rub again with cotton buds without the alcohol, that should fix the problem.

Im really bad at describing things but I hope this helps xD

Okay, Well you should go to a second hand shop and see if there is any manuels laying around. If not you should go to your nearest "Game" or "gamestation" Store

Your problem may also be that you are looking for "Kingdom hearts" not "Kingdom of Hearts"

Go with the first one Dear... least expensive

I hope I've helped xD

I put my game in but it wont show up

I've had this problem with a 60 gig also. first, does it read any games? If not you can try to clean the lens but that doesn't always work. if not I'm affraid you are S.O.L.. reason being, your ps3 can't read your disk so you disk drive unit is faulty. you can try to replace this yourself or send it to sony but they are going to charge you between 200-300 usd. the 60 gig is older so it is not covered by the mfg. 1 year warranty unless you bought a refurbed unit. in that case you should bring it back to the store from witch purchased it. Sorry... launch moddels are known for this in either 60g or the 20g.

Okay, first thing, this game does not actually have an option for deleting saved games. Silly, I know.

That being said, there is -a- way to delete saved data, though I do not recommend it because of possible damage to your cart. The best option is to simply start a new game and save it over your last.

If you still feel the need to delete your saved data, you can follow this procedure "at your own risk".

Start the game.
Load the saved file you want deleted.
Once the game is up, go to save the game again.
Select your save and hit "Save".
Now eject the game while its saving.
Restart the game, and try to load your save slot.
You should receive an error about the save being corrupted and deleted.
