I already added all my modifier groups, is there a simplier way to select if you want to modify or not, so you dont have it print individual lines?

There are several ways to correct this, but without more info, I'll keep it general. If a modifier is not required, you should have it setup with NONE as an option and no modifier will print. You can also go into SETUP, SETUP SCREEN, RECEIPT and a list of printing options is available for modifiers. Keep in mind if you use a kitchen printer, you want the modifiers to print there. Proper planning before creating your menu is essential. If you want more detailed instructions, you will need to contact me. BTW, I do menu programming.

How can I print pictures already on my computer but after trying to edit/brighten them they will not print. Why?

Since you are using software to modify your print and you save your changes you may have overlooked making sure your file is kept as .jpg.
i use Adobe and after modifying my photos it will default to a Adobe file type unless I check.
so when saving changes make sure it is the same type you started with.
you can select "save as" to lett you confirm file extension (.jpg, . JPEG etc)

I am trying to create a video but I am being told my project is too lone. I have cut it down to 43 minutes but it is still telling me it is too long. Can you tell me how to fix this?

You don't say what program you are using, or on what equipment. I find that if I have video I am making into a project, and it involves many adjustments to clips, etc. that I need to save each modified clip and add that to the next modified clip if my software can't handle large amounts of changes all at once. So modify, save as something new, add to another modified clip, and save a new, then keep building your project until it's length had few modifications and it's real work is simply adding video you have already modified together with each other. Good luck.

HOW TO REMOVE GROUP POLICY FOR USEB RESTRICTION FOR CLIENT USER

You will need administrative access to modify any group policies.

From the command line run gpedit.msc. Since you are not listing a particular group policy I can only suggest that you bring up all settings, and then sort them by state. All enabled policies will rise to the top of the list. You can then disable or modify the policies as needed.

Can you modify a Modifier button and Choice buttons or do you have to start a whole new button/s?

Hi Alice,
A choice button just gives you a choice of individual items in inventory. The choice itself is also an inventory item and can be found in inventory by clicking the LOOKUP button, then clicking the CHOICE ITEMS button down the right side. It should be in the list. SELECT it and you can edit the list by adding more items or removing item and then arrange the order they are displayed.
The drinks are probably a modifier group. Generally they are setup under the drink size, then you choose the flavor. These too can be added, removed, extra charge for certain ones.

We've added 2 extensions in the office, but we can't pick up external calls on them - how do we add them to the group call facility on the T7633

The extensions need to be added to the ICD group and given either an Immediate or some ring delay. It's fairly easy to tell because if they're not in the group the line is red and doesn't blink on incoming calls. By default ICD group 1 is access code 600 or 601(try dialing it on the intercom from any phone and see if your phones don't start ringing). Unfortunately, you need higher level access to modify ICD groups. It's either done from the programming tool, or a phone with a class of service allowed to make such changes.

How do i set up speed dial on my DP80F fax machine and erase the old ones?

1. Display the TEL LIST ENTRY Menu by Pressing 'Menu' and scrolling down to 3. Group Numbers
2. Then Press '2' or scroll down to 'One Touch Keys'
3. Press the desired One Touch Key that you wish to program.
4. If the One Touch Key has not been programmed, follow the prompts on the screen and enter the desired information, pressing the 'Enter' key after each entry to move to the next field.

If it is already programmed the display will say "Already Assigned". Wait 2 seconds until it says "One Touch NBR" then select '1' to delete, '2' to modify or '3' to retain. If deleting confirm delete by pressing the enter key. If modifying, enter the new information, pressing the 'Enter' key to move to the next field.

Hope this helps!

Group code

I believe what you want is at the bottom of this list.

If you frequently send faxes to the same group of telephone numbers, you can assign these numbers to a group.
Only Speed Dial and One Touch numbers can be assigned to a group. A maximum of 25 Group Numbers (WorkCentre Pro555) / 50 Group Numbers (WorkCentre Pro575) can be assigned (in the range 1-1999). Preset group numbers can also be used for polling.
The following information is included below:
  • Create a new group
  • Add numbers to an existing group
  • Delete numbers from an existing group
  • Delete an existing group
To print the Group Phonebook, see the Related Items below for additional information.
Create a new Group:
  1. From the Standby Mode, press the [Menu] (up arrow) button on the Control Panel, then press [3], [3].

  3. Press the [Enter] button. The screen will display a name.

NOTE: The One Touch and Speed Dial numbers must already be programmed. See the Related Items below.

  6. Repeat step 5 to enter additional numbers.
  7. When you have entered each number you want to include in this group, press [Enter].
