First step of solution would be performing Reset. Press and hold the reset button about 30 seconds and release. Check again. If you need customized settings just type 192.168.2.1 in your browser and get into settings.
If issue persist please post for further troubleshooting.

You might follow these instructions
(although the creation of a static IP is not necessary) if you don't make it then you might have to change the IP you forward the port to depending on whether your computer's IP changes. (you can check that under the network page you find in control panel by highlighting the network you're connected to and looking in the bottom right corner of the window) (or by opening cmd through run and typing ipconfig).
