Question about Computers & Internet
you could try to start up with the power switch and the F8 switch at the same time
this may take you into the repair option
if you are lucky to get into it you could choose the repair options and hope that windows
will fix itselt
if not hopefully you can still get the back to factory restore settings but you will loose every thing that you have put on the laptop your self because it will take it back to when it first left the factory
to do this i believe you will have to
power up and press the ALT+F11 keys at the same time
hopefully this will take you into the recovery option
then follow the on screen instructions
good luck hope you get sorted
and hope this has helped you

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
