Before you get spark, the exhaust blower should come on. Does it? if not it maybe a bad relay in the unit. The black box is called a spark ignition module you may be able to tap on it, this may or may not work. Hope this helped Tim

I have a Bryant furnace model #340AAV036080ABSA and it's the auto ignite pilot, but pilot won't light. Gas is on to it, blower is working just no hot air so I figure pilot not lighting

Is the thermocouple burnt out.? A bad one of these will not allow the pilot to function . The thermocouple is the outfit that the pilot heats up when it tries to start up. A lot of the time this is the problem when the furnaces won't light up.

I have a bryant gas furnace plus 90 the furnace kicks on and the pilot lights but the fan that blows the heat thru the house wont turn on! I keep getting error code 44 and 41 what can i do to fix that?

make sure fan wheel turns freely
check for voltage to fan--if you have voltage check capacitor output against capacitor rating, must be withing 5%, if that checks out replace blower motor

Turn the gas valve to pilot. Push knob down & hold. While holding, light pilot & keep knob held down for one minute. Let go of knob & see if pilot stays lit. then turn knob to on position. Boiler should then turn on.

36e93 bryant furnace inop

CHECK THE PRIMARY CONTROL TO SEE IF IT IS LOCKED OUT. IF THE RED BUTTON HAS POPPED UP THEN PRESS IT ONCE TO START, IF IT DOESN'T RUN THEN CALL A TECHNICIAN. ALSO CHECK THE SIDE OF THE MOTOR TO SEE IF IT HAS GONE ON THERMAL OVERLOAD(LITTLE RED BUTTON). RESET IT AND THEN PRESS PRIMARY CONTROL BUTTON. IF MOTOR BUTTON HAS POPPED OUT THEN REPLACE MOTOR. COULD ALSO BE A BREAKER. GOOD LUCK THANKS FOR AN HONEST RATING AND FOR USING FIX-YA.

Bryant 36E93 gas package (pilot won't stay lit)

If your unit has a thermo-coupling this is most likely the issue This little sensor sends a milli-voltage to the gas valve telling it to keep sending gas for the pilot since its lit and all is good. They wear out and the gas valve thinks the flame has gone out (whick is hasnt) and kills the gas flow.
