Impossible to tell you without knowing exactly what your chainstay length is, the rear cassette your using, the rear derailleur your using and the cranks your using and even then could be a wrong answer. With chains you have to measure the amount you need by installing the chain and seeing how much excess there is for your configuration.

I have a 2001 Specialized StumpJumper FSR XC and have put a new chain wheel on 48t and I'm struggling to find a front deriailleur that fits any help please?

Clamp on front mech xt or xtr would be an option, be careful if you need bottom pull or top, cut or grind off bracket on old front mech to reinstall,as this is a spacer as well as a mounting bracket ,bit old school but older front mechs are best

Sloppy shifting on a 9 speed campag record groupset

Try replacing the cables first. If the cables are getting too stretched, maybe you can get more life out of your shifters with fresh cabling..

Programming Auto Dial Number

Yep. Those are speed dial numbers. They are programmed from ext 101 or the main phone. Without picking up the handset, press PROG **1234 and dial 001 and ENTER. Dial your 3 digit speed dial number If there is something there, it will be displayed. A speed dial number is stored with the trunk access code in it (usually 9) so if you're putting in a new number, include the "9" plus the number exactly the way you dial it. Dial your new number with the access code and press ENTER.

Number changed :-)
You can keep putting in a whole boatload of new numbers with this procedure.
