Question about Panasonic KX-T7636-B Corded Phone
Are you listening to the prompts after you press all of these things? By default, a Panasonic voice mail sysetm uses 500 as the VM extension. So, you could just dial 500 on the intercom and listen to the prompt. If you're getting it, you're asked to give your password and then "#". If that doesn't work, the voice mail owner (mailbox 999) can reset the password.
I'm guessing you're not listening for any prompt at all.
