Question about HP Designjet T610 InkJet Printer
It is a PPS system failure(Pen to Paper Space).
Turn power off and pull the plug from the wall outlet.
Reconnect and power on.
In the Diagnostics perform the Scan Axis PRS diag test.
If it still fails a tech is going to have to look at it.
Sorry, but this may need parts replaced. A print mech board or the PPS solenoid.

Im getting this error also. Your answers maybe the standard when there is such a problem, but there is something else causing the fault code. So if there is more you know you should share it rather than what you posted regarding a part. Perhaps you know how it works so we can try to pinpoint when or how. The other guy replaced the 2 areas you mention and still the error. Now you reply with the same response. Thank you for the reply, but it sounds like you/Seeker5211 sell parts, rather than offer help/?
