You can re-enable your wireless card through the Device Manager window.
Hold Alt and double click on the My Computer icon on your desktop. Select Device Manager and then scroll down the list until you find your wireless card. It should be listed under Network Adapters. Right click on and it select Enable. That should bring your wireless back up.
