Question about Transcend StoreJet 2,5" (6,5cm) M2 640GB USB 2.0 grey Hard Drive

It was working fine this morning. then once a coworker of mine took the usb out it hasnt worked right since. i have tried remapping and that doesnt work. it says that i have to format to use it. HELP PLEASE!!!

It probably just lost it's connectivity. Click on "start", find your control panel and click on to open. In your list find "Device Manager". Right click on that and open. Click continue. Click on the box with + next to "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers". If you see a warning of any kind click on that symbol and see what it recommends. Right click on each item in your list one at a time. First in the window, see if it says "enable", if it does click on that. If it doesn't click on properties. You should see a window where it will say "this device is working properly"

Problem with dell optiplex 620 keyboard and mouse failure when plugged into usb port


the first thing you need to check is if the same keyboard and mouse is working with another pc.if it doesnt then replace the keyboard and mouse.if they work fine on the other system then go to start and right click on the computer option and then click on manage,once you have done that click on device manager.now look for universal serial bus controller and expand the option by clicking the plus sysmbol beside it.once you have done that right click on each of the usb root hub and click on uninstall.once all of them have been uninstalled.close all the windows and restart the pc.now it should work fine.

It all depends on the AC compressor , is it the freely bearing that has jammed or is the compressor itself totally jammed!
You will have to remove the fanbelt onthe compressor and lossen the pulley better if you can remove it, it should come out togther with the bearing .
This will show if its the bearing tht has siezed or the compressor itself.

THERE SHOULD BE A PUST BUTTON ON THE MOUSE AND THE USB DEVICE, PUSH BOTH OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME UNTIL THE COMPUTER TELLS YOU THAT IT FOUND A NEW DEVICE AND REBOOT COMPUTER AND REBOOT

GO INTO CONTROL PANEL OPEN DEVICE MANAGER GO TO MOUSE AND UPDATE SOFTWARE, YES
CLOSE EVERYTHING SHOULD WORK FINE.

If itis a usb mouse,Just unplug it,Restart the computer,and once the computer is completely loaded,Plug the mouse back in,Allow windows to find and install.

BLACK VERTICAL LINE ON RIGHT SIDE OF TV


I hope you are handy with tools!!!!!!! Just wanted to let everybody know that my plasma has the same problem but mine works fine for a minute and then it has the black line.. I took mine apart as suggested above.
I took regular wrtting paper used as a shim to make the contact
tighter, so far is working just fine.. I do not know if the paper is safe but I'm allways watching mine screen.

Windows XP will not detect disney mix max plus for initial charge


I had the same issue. I took it to a friend of mine who is good with computers hoping he might be able to fix it........and he did....apparently the HOLD button was slid to the right locking all functions...once he slid it to the left closest to the power button, it worked fine. Imagine my embarrassment...I hope this is all that is wrong with yours as well

I would recommend checking the batteries make sure that they aren't dead. If the batteries aren't dead and you are still having trouble might just be a defective one. I personally love mine. I have a dell E310 with win xp and it works great. I just download the songs onto my computer. Then plug the usb wire into the computer and move the songs to the K drive is what mine comes up.. For a shortcut once you see the drive appear you can create a shortcut to the drive by dropping the drive to the desktop. So it is alot easier to move the songs onto the drive. I simply just drag the song over the shortcut I created and it goes directly on. Just make sure that when you are finished adding all the songs, you click the scissors (safely remove hardware icon) on the bottom right of the taskbar and click stop for that drive, or else the songs you put on won't save. Once it says you are free to remove the drive simply unplug usb. Then plug in your earpiece and hit play on mp3. You should hear the song.

I use limewire to get my songs, but whatever site you use should be fine.

Okay, a coworker had this problem and it was a fairly easy fix, first, plug the USB reciever into a direct USB port, then pess the connect button on the underside of the mouse, when the red light starts blinking let go and then press it and hold, and at the SAME TIME press and hold the connect button on the receiver until both the receiver light and the mouse light turn on steadily, and voila!

Belkin G+ Wireless USB Adapter


What OS (Operating System) are you using??
If it's Windows 2000, XP, Vista or 7, then they MUST have any USB device plugged into the SAME USB port, or it screws up the OS.
Try going to Control Panel (Classic View), then choose SYSTEM to get into Device Manager, go down to USB and see if ANY Belkin adapters are listed (assuming the USB adapter IS Plugged In) - if you see any listed, double-click the adapters and choose to uninstall then.
If that doesn't work, then reboot, pressing F8 repeatedly before the Windows "Splash Screen" shows up. After repeatedly pressing F8 on Boot Up, you should select SAFE MODE (just the choice that only says SAFE MODE). Once SAFE MODE comes up, open Device Manager the same way you did before, then go down again to USB and Delete ANY & ALL Belkin USB adapters listed.
Then reboot and see it it recognizes the Belkin USB adapter now and hopefully will let you setup it's Software.
