Question about Culligan Under Sink Water Filter
For the newer style faucet:
Use a knife blade to work the rubber grommet at the top of the base upward. This gives access to the cover screw. Remove the cover screw and work the cover up slowly. The small plastic LED window may hold the cover as it has a cable going to it that may tend to stick in the channel below. I pushed the window back a bit to give a little more clearance to free the cover. Just work it up carefully so you don't damage the cable connection. It is potted for strain relief, so shouldn't be a problem. After the top cover is clear you will have access to the secondary cover screws. Remove those and the secondary cover to gain access to the base mounting screws.

It depends on the style of faucet and how old it is. Their pre 1990 faucets have to be taken apart under the sink. Newer style (plastic, chrome r2d2 faucet) can be taken apart from above. If it is a custom faucet it will have to be taken apart from below sink.
