Don't worry, Generally speaking, your data should be still in your PC, you can use the backup to recover them. If you can not recover it from backup, you need a data recovery program to help you. I recommend Card Data Recovery for you. It can recover photos, video, songs, documents from hard disk easily.

Actually your operating system has been corrupted so you need to reinstall it. After reinstalling your problem will be solved but your data will be lost.
Now for Xp cd ....you may download from net or you may ask from your friend for it.
okay

Lost password on Windows XP Computer

Hi,

You can log on to the computer by using a password reset disk, follow these steps.

  1. Restart the computer.
  2. On the Windows XP logon screen, click the user name that you want to use, and then press ENTER.
Note You receive the following error message: Did you forget your password? You can click the "?" button to see your password hint. Or you can use your password reset disk. Please type your password again. Be sure to use the correct uppercase and lowercase letters.

  1. Click Use your password reset disk. The Password Reset Wizard starts. The Password Reset Wizard enables you to create a new password for your user account.
  2. In the Password Reset Wizard dialog box, click Next.
  3. Insert the password reset disc into the CD drive, and then click Next.
  4. Type a new password in the Type a new password box, and then type the password again in the Type the password again to confirm box.
  5. In the Type a new password hint box, type a hint for the password, and then click Next.
  6. Click Finish, and then try to log on to Windows XP again.
If you were able to reset your password and are now able to log on successfully, you have resolved the issue, and you are finished.

Regards,
Riztech

Skype will not log on from Cruzer 4 GB USB

Right click on the drive from My Computer and select 'properties', then select the 'tools' tab, and from there check for errors. This should repair the file system, although some of the data may have been corrupted and you may have to reinstall your damaged apps.

Need help logging into computer without passcode

If this is WindowsXP, reboot the computer in safe mode by re-starting the computer and pressing F8 repeated as the computer starts up. You will be presented with different "modes" to start windows in. Choose 'Safe Mode". Then (in safe mode) click Start and then click Run. In the open box type "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes). You will now have access to all the user accounts, including the administrator's account and will be able to reset the lost password. Just click the administrator user account or any account, and then click Reset Password.
