Question about Estate Washing Machines
My washer will was the load but when it gets to the cycle to drain the water before the rinse cycle it stop .. moved the knob but will not do the spin cycle or drain water .. but filling up with water and the wash cycles work..

Try to clean the magnetic door switch,some windex and a paper towell.Just do the part on the door or lid and where the lid meets the top of the magnet.Make sure this is not loose and is seated in the machine.
You may need to unplug machine and remove the door switch,take both wires and tie them togther so they make contact.Then try a wash cycle or try the spin cycle.
The door switches in the estate washers fall apart and get corroded and can stop the spin cycle.
If the machine works with the switch taken out then you will need to get a new one from whirlpool.

I would try and check voltage at the overload on the motor
when in spin cycle and see if you have power there..
that should tell ya if your at least getting power from the timmer or not in the spin cycle to the motor
