Question about Garden
First of all remove the valve covers and remove the sparkplugs. make sure all the valves are opening and closing when you crank the engine over. If they are set the valves to the specs in the manual for that engine. Put the cylinder on top dead center with both valves closed then set the intake and exhaust valves for that cylinder and do the same for the other cylinder.
