Question about Compaq Computers & Internet
You should be able to turn your wifi back on by pressing the function (Fn) key and the proper F key. It's like F10 or F11. It has a picture of something that looks like 3 curved lines coming out of it.
The other way to turn your wifi back on is to go into your computer's Device Manager and enabling your wifi card. To do this in Windows, hold Alt and double click on My Computer. This should bring up Device Manager. Look through the list of devices, look for your wireless card (should be under Network Devices), right click on and it click Enable. It should come back up at that point.
