I have the cect p168c and I downloaded music for computer to my sd card but it wont play on my mp3 player on phone can you help

you can still listen to them if you go to file manager and go in to your memory card. then if you put them in music folder click there. if not just click on the song. u should get a white screen with a guy who dances and song playing

cect p168c won't play mp3 music that has been loaded onto SD Card. Shows to be in the phone under file manager my music. When you try to play it. Shows to be an empty play list.
