It sounds to me like the drive belt that goes around your dryer tub has broken.

I think your heating element is burned out. You can find parts at repairclinic.com

If you remove the element (unplug it first of course) you will be able to tell if it is burned out by looking at the actual heating coils. If there are any breaks in the wire anywhere you know its the problem.

If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heating the most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glows sometimes it is still not working properly.

Hi i have mercedes e220 cdi year 2000. on top of engine there is a built up of either diesel or oil and it has become rock solid. please advise me how can it be removed'

let the engine cool down then chip off what u can with a screw driver then spray degreesing oil on it and scrubit with abrush keep it wet then hose off .
