For Philips Freevents X59P, disable *NumLk* and keypad will normally type !!!!
There isn't a way to "disable" any keys on a keyboard. In most cases the Fn key is in the lower corner of a keyboard and is hard to press unless intended.
my other laptop as this option in the bios to disable the Fn Key so when i press the Fn key it dos'nt do anything but for some reason The phillips Freevents x series as'nt got this option in bios
Bios differs from computer to computer, and if they are even one model apart from each other, the bios options won't be the same. I have 2 Dell Studio 15 laptops, same year, model and build, but they have different bios. So chances are the laptop you are trying to disable the Fn keys on does not support that function.

Hi to do this Fn disable you will need to do it from the bios at the start restart laptop then press F2 soon as it starts so it will go in to bios and look down the list for keyboard on the list and change it from enable to disable some times you will need to press enter to to be able to change the the secstion over so it will be i-lighted then use arrow key to hi-light the disable then prewss enter to lever it then press F10 to save and exit then the laptop will auto restart as normal to desktop hope that helps you its the only way to disable Fn key on that laptop ok
