That's usually a sign of no input.
Check which input is being used, and make sure the TV is in the correct mode for that connector.
for example, if your input is going into the AV connectors on the TV, make sure the tv is set to AV and not cable or antenna or something like that.
If that turns out to not be the issue, come back here and use the REPLY link to post a follow up.

When i turn on my tv i can hear the sounds but my whole screen is blue

do you see thin curved blue lines going from bottomto top of screen. If so its most likley a blue CRT drive board issue. If its a solid blue it could be a small signal board issue.

Sound but the screen on my westinghouse 32 inch flat screen is solid lime green

By "sound but the screen on my westinghouse 32 inch flat screen is solid lime green" Do you mean that you have sound but the screen is green? If yes it means that an analog signal is being fed to a digital input. Did you recently change the input cables at the back from one port to another? If not then please describe what are colors of the cabels you are using(Yellow, Red, White or Red Blue Gren etc.,) and what port they are connected to so that I can tell you whether its a problem with the connections or the tv itself.

Toshiba 32a43 32' picture garbled mess

If you can get the tv to display the blue blackground(usually happens when there is no antenna or cable feed to tv) check to see if the whole screen is a solid blue, if it shows discolored areas around the screen then you might have to "demag" the screen. See if you can rent a demad coil from a tv shop and with tv on turn the coil in circular movements all over the front of screen till blue is solid.good luck!

I have a polaroid 42 inch flat screen and the screen is solid blue when i plug my cable in it is black I can here sound but no picture it is a 2007 module tlx-04240b

Make sure all the connections are correct, a "blue" screen indicates no-signal, black indicates some type of signal is getting to the tv. good luck Julio milleniumtvsvc@gmail.com

Sound problem

sounds like you have the antenna wire connected to the power amplifer lead in the car.

Go behind the radio, there is a solid blue wire that will be connected to a wire in the car, take the solid blue wire off, and connect the blue/white from the radio to where the solid blue was originally connected. This should solve your problem
