This is from the CP734H manual.
Check clutch oil once each month. Use 3/4 oz.
(22ml) of SAE#30 oil or equivalent.
Make sure the oil is non-detergent.

Check the following website. It is a pdf file, so you will need Acrobat Reader, which is available on this website. After it loads, it lists various CP model numbers on the left side, so scroll down to 734 and click on it( it says 734 OBS) and it will open an exploded view of the breakdown of the CP 734 impact wrench. On the Acrobat toolbar, you can expand the picture as much as you want to and print it.

there is a rebuild kit available anywhere they are sold, biggest reason for power loss is the vanes are either worn or sticking, if the hammer is greasable take it apart and check for wear, some a grease and some are oil bath, replace the screens in the trigger and insure all is clean, use a good air tool oil as it wont thicken
