Question about RCA H100 MP3 Player
I am afraid your MP3 is having a software problem. The OS (operating system) is corrupt that's why it is malfunctioning or misbehaving.
I would recommend that you install the firmware update of this unit. It should wipe out the old OS and a new one will be reinstalled.
To install the firmware click this link; http://voxrightnow.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9160/~/firmware-auto-updater-application-for-rca-h100,-hc100-mp3-player
Click on the "here" underlined in blue and a dialogue box will pop out prompting you to download/save the firmware.
After the download, install the firmware, open the go to start > All programs and open the firmware program on your computer. Insert the MP3 cord and proceed for the installation.......
