Question about Televison & Video
Remove the power plug and open the rear panel. Now make sure that all the power points are in order specially the cords and connectors in the driver and main board.
Now it is possible that some dry soldering in some section can cause this shunting as the feedback does not reach the processor.
Please check the sections with a good lighting , check the IC pins for dry points , solder and confirm. Make sure a voltage check is taken to see the working of the main power supply.
