Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
You could try the default '1234' or the last 4 digits of your phone number. If you changed the default and have forgotten it, you will need to take it to your service carrier to have them reset it. If you don't need the code, this should work: take the battery out, then back in. Turn the phone back on and when the phone boots up, go to the options and turn the lock off.
