Question about Maytag M7DH45B2A Dehumidifier
The full light comes on when I plug the unit in.It will not go out and it willnot let me turn the unit off with the switch.I have to unplug from the wall and try again .The unit is empty however it thinks it is full.
Take out the bucket and locate the "full" switch in the upper right of the area where the bucket slides in. With the unit on, try pushing it in and see if the "full" light goes off.
If so, that switch is fine - if not try to adjust if and replace it if required. Those are generally micro-switches and firms like Radio Shack would have if your appliance parts dealer does not.
